What is a cookie

Monitoring of site visits

The tool Google Analytics is used to collect data about the website navigation from users. It is a set of useful information that help verifying what is working and what has to be improved. They are third-party tools that expose ways of interaction with social networks. For example the sharing system of a certain content on Facebook: cookies in this case are necessary for the operation of the sharing mechanism.

Processing modalities

The processing is carried out by the Data Controller with automated tools. No distribution or disclosure is carried out.

Provision of data

Excluding technical cookies that are strictly necessary for normal navigation, the provision of data is left to the will of the interested party, who decides to browse the site after having read the brief cookie policy on the proper banner and to use the services that involve the installation of cookies (the same for the content sharing on Social Networks).

Disabling cookies 

Without prejudice to the above mentioned in relation to cookies strictly necessary for navigation, the user can delete the other cookies through the functionality for this purpose made available by the Data Controller through this policy or directly through the user’s browser.

Rights of the data subject

Data subjects have the right to ask the Data Controller for access to personal data, the rectification or deletion of these or restriction of processing concerning them or opposing to the processing (article 15 and following of EU Regulation no. 2016/679). The request is made by contacting the Data Controller at the references indicated in the website policy. They also have the right to lodge a complaint to the Data Protection Supervisor, as supervisory authority and right of appeal to the judicial authority.

Why this policy

This policy describes the management modalities of the official website of Rete di Riserve Bondone – Comune di Trento and of the websites managed by the latter, with reference to the processing of personal data of the identified or identifiable users who consult and interact with it and with the website services accessible online.

This policy is provided in accordance with article 13 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679 and article 13 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003.

In particular, this policy has the aim to provide information about modalities, time and nature of the information that data controllers have to provide to users when they access web pages, regardless of the aim of the access. The policy is only provided for the official website of Rete di Riserve Bondone - Comune di Trento and for the websites managed by the latter and not for external websites, accessible by the user via links.

Place of data processing

Data processing connected to the web services of this website take place at the above-mentioned Institution and are taken care of from the technical personnel responsible for the processing, or from delegates responsible for possible maintenance. No data coming from the web service is disclosed or distributed, except from specific cases provided for by law. Personal data distributed by users are exclusively used in order to make the requested service available and expressed in the purposes of the data processing and are communicated to third parties only when it is necessary to the purpose stated above.

Types of data processed

Navigation data. IT systems and software procedures for the operation of this website collect, during their normal operation, some personal data whose transmission is implicit in the use of Internet communication protocols.

This information is not collected in order to be associated with identified data subjects, but due to their own nature they could be able to identify users through processing and association with data held by third parties.

In this type of data are also included IP addresses or either domain names of computers used by users connecting to the website, addresses in URI (Uniform Resource Indentifier) notation of the required resources, the time of the request, the method used to make the request to the server, the file dimension obtained in response, the numerical code indicating the status of the servers’ response (successful, error, etc.) and other parameters relating to the user’s operating system and computer environment.

These data are only used with the aim of collecting anonymous statistical information on the use of the website and to check the correct functioning. They are stored only for the time necessary. Data could be used to ascertain responsibilities in case of computer crimes against the website.  

Data provided voluntarily by the user

The optional, explicit and voluntary email sending to addresses provided on this website result in the subsequent acquisition of the sender’s address, necessary to reply to their request, and any other personal data included in the message.

Specific summary information will be progressively displayed and viewed on the website pages prepared for particular services on request.

Lawfulness of the processing

The processing is carried out for and within the institutional functions of Rete Riserve Bondone, for the execution of a service of public interest in compliance with article 6 of EU Regulation no. 2016/679.

Optional nature of data provision

Except what was said about navigation data, the user is free to provide personal data contained in the request forms to the Institution. Their missing provision could lead to the impossibility of obtaining what requested.

Processing modality 

Personal data are processed with automated tools only for the time strictly necessary to achieve the purposes for which they were collected. Specific security measures are observed in order to prevent the loss of data, illegal or incorrect uses and unauthorized accesses.

Rights of data subjects 

Data subjects to whom personal data refer, have the right, at every time, to obtain the confirmation on the presence or not of these data and to know their content and origin, to verify their accuracy and to ask for their integration or updating, or either rectification (article 15 and following of EU Regulation 2016/679 and article 7 and following of Legislative Decree 196/2003. Article 7 of Legislative Decree no. 196/2003).
